Villa Agios Isidoros

Your dream beachfront retreat, situated in a prime location on Kokkali Beach with stunning views of the Aegean Sea and opposite the famous chapel of Agios Isidoros

This villa is located in the west side of Leros, along the beach of the little village of Kokkali appreciated for its quietness and its landscape. Peacefully, refined comfort and a privileged location in front of the most famous site of the island, the chapel of Agios Isodoros, all combine to offer an unusual and typically Greek holiday in this new house (year 2022) by the sea, which has been decorated in an original and refined way by its owner, a French antiques dealer.

Accommodating up to 6 people, this 180 square meter villa has three large bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, air conditioning, large screen TV and en-suite bathroom and toilet. Each room has its own private terrace. One of them is on the upper floor, facing the sea and with a large dressing room, while another is on the ground floor, both with stunning views of Gourna Bay. The third is also on the ground floor and opens onto the garden.

A living room with an open plan, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, opens through a very large window door onto a large shaded terrace with side benches with mattresses and cushions, together with tables and chairs, allowing you to enjoy outdoor life day and night.

A few steps take you to the garden, where a small path leads to the small wooden barrier and a few stone steps to the small sandy beach, lapped by crystal clear water, known as the healthiest on the island. From mid-June to mid-October, the sea temperature is usually between 23°C and 26°C, depending on the wind. After a nice swim, you can walk up to the house, where there is an outside shower for your comfort.

Although the area is extremely peaceful and quiet, its strategic location in the centre of the island means that any other village or beach can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car or scooter. The nearest village is the small town of Kamara, where you will find all the essentials: supermarket, bakery, tobacconist, hairdresser, florist, pharmacy, petrol station and more.

A large veranda with sea views is the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the beauty of the island. Whether it’s enjoying a morning coffee or watching the sunset, this villa is truly a special experience.
